Post Renovation or Post Construction Cleaning:

A & O Prestige Cleaning Corporation has the supplies, materials, and equipment to take on any cleaning service you may need. We offer post construction or post renovation cleanings. We can provide this service in homes, apartment buildings, commercial properties, offices, etc. Although this service is difficult and time consuming, we can assure you that your property will be clean, dust free, and ready for you. We also offer extra add on services such as steam cleaning, and deep cleaning of any carpets. 

Move In/Out Cleaning:

Along with this service, we also offer move in/out cleanings. Both services include a cleaning of kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, as well as cleaning of baseboards and floors. Dusting of all areas is also included. These cleanings can be scheduled before you move in to ensure that you are coming into a clean and sanitized area. As well as being scheduled when you are ready to move out, this is a great service to ensure you get your security deposit back. These cleanings can include cleaning of the refrigerator, stove, oven and inside cabinets. We also offer carpet deep cleaning services upon request. You can also add on extra services like a basic repaint of walls, patching any holes in the walls, and steam cleaning. 

Airbnb Cleaning:

We also provide deep cleanings for Airbnb’s. We understand that you may not have the time in between reservations to do a detailed clean and ensure that the home or apartment is ready for the next guest. This is where A & O Prestige comes in to help you get the five-star rating you deserve. In addition to an overall cleaning, we can change and clean linens and towels, ensure that the home is restocked with toilet paper, paper towels, extra towels, etc. We can disinfect and sanitize the home as well as deep clean carpets or steam clean the floors. 

Decluttering and Organization:

We offer decluttering and organizational services for those that are very busy but still need a hand to declutter and reorganize their home. This can be for your entire home or can be for only what you need, either way we are here to help you and ensure that you are satisfied with the organization of your home. This service is also available to garages and sheds. We understand that decluttering a large area can be overwhelming when done by yourself, which is why we are here to help ease that. Based on the area, we will provide someone that will be able to accommodate the area of decluttering to help remove whatever you need. No matter how long it takes, we will ensure that the project is completed and that you are satisfied.
